As the COO his role heavily relies on mentoring his team and finding opportunities for the clients to stand out in the crowd by communicating relevantly to the target audience. He believes design is a multiplier of effort, where great design enables storytelling and messaging easier and is more likely to stay with the target audiences. Following a collaborative process with all the teams, he brings about communication that is crisp, fast, and of high quality.

For him, there’s no handbook for branding and advertising. Everything in design needs to be learned every day while adapting to new challenges.

Ranjith, Chief Operating Officer of VYB, believes that good videos must be narrated well to have lasting relevance for the audience. He believes in designing video experiences that are captivating and immersive, for a world with fragmented attention.

Starting his journey decades ago as an engineering professional, Yasser, Chief Operating Officer of KOD, turned his passion for computers and the internet into create something new, something tangible. He went on to develop websites and help businesses and brands through UI/UX to connect with their audiences. He brings all his years of experience to Skepper KOD to build powerful websites adhering to the changes in the digital industry, which he believes are significant and inevitable.

According to him, current times rely on data, and it has changed the way how decisions are made. Understanding what brands and businesses should offer their audience, Yasser understands the behaviour of the consumers based on their generation, location, and beliefs and thus delivers them the most relevant experience of the time- making the audience engage with greater desire and leading them to relate to the brand better. His goal with his team is always to build something enjoyable, lovable, and profitable, and he makes that possible by seeking a deeper understanding of the intended user, and the expected outcomes, and then designing UI/UX and websites with compelling user experiences.
