Mr. Binoy Sundar Parakat, the co-founder of Skepper, takes on a leadership role and tasks every day. He takes on the challenge of mentoring and
leading his team by highlighting the importance of humanising brands in every aspect possible to ensure quality and branding that speaks out
loud to its audience.
With a lifetime of experience in advertising and branding for more than two decades, he started off Skepper Creative Agency with four people, nine
years ago. In the initial days, he would handle everything from accounting, administration, pitch work, presentations, and designing to building
client relationships - all of it. From then, it has been a long way since he established Skepper both in Bangalore and Dubai while leading a team of
more than 70 people who are experts in their own fields of advertising. He continues to focus on what needs to be done to build and nurture
brands and businesses. It is through his good leadership and management that Skepper today stands as one of the best creative agencies.
Always seeking solutions to questions such as “How has advertising changed?", “What marketing struggles are clients facing?", and “What else can
be done to facilitate communication with audiences?” He begins every project with hefty research and achieves innovation in advertising by
approaching it in one way or several ways. Rooting on how advertising works, he has accomplished working with global brands like AMI, Land
Optimizer International, Viatris, Hetero, Wipro, Novo Nordisk, Astrazeneca, BPL Medtech, Zydus, Abbot, Allergen Oakwood, Pruksa Global and
many more by embracing the innovative and collaborative way of working.
Achieving through a streamlined process focusing on communication, he is constantly building and mentoring his team and believes Skepper’s
success is directly proportional to its clients' success.
